Christmas Eve starts our Christmas season in the Stokes house. Stephanie and Matt came over to have some taco soup and visit, Matt gave Gavin a shirt that he had made for him that says "SWASS". Although I have heard Jim and Matt say this before, I don't quite know the story and neither of them wanted to go into detail at that time. I will take a picture of him in the shirt and post at a later date. That evening it was off to my mom's for some ham and the fixins'. Grandma's legs were bothering her so it was a low key night, Gavin got a turtle Radio Flyer that he loves to sit on as I push him around, and many upon many clothes and jammies. Oh, he also enjoyed his first BIG cookie in which he fed himself. He got choked up a couple times while eating it but recovered well... he would squeeze and crumble it if we tried taking it away so off he ate.
