Odds & Ends

No big news our way, we are just enjoying our days. Gavin is starting to bone up on his words and he's really rolling his tongue so I'm thinking we may be close to hearing all that he's been thinking lately... or maybe not and he's just keeping us entertained. He is constantly pointing at things wondering what they are... it's starts out 'blah, blah, blah, blah, BLAH???' then he points. I'm assuming that means 'what's that???' because it starts all over and then he points at something else. I really think he's going to be one of those inquisitive kids, I was a 'why' kid so it wouldn't surprise me if he were too. He knows just about every body part and when we ask him where a certain body part is he points at it and say 'right there'... its so cute!!! He got a toddler powerwheels as a gift so when the weather is nice we take it outside, he loves to push just about anything around so of course he tries pushing that car more than riding in it then gets mad when it doesn't go where he wants. I still don't get his fascination with pushing things but he's done that for months and just really enjoys it. He enjoys playing hide and seek and having us chase him around the house so the other night we were playing and Jim was hiding around the corner and I caught this cute picture of Gavin being surprised when he jumped out at him. He still loves to chase Patch around the house with his turtle and he laughs hysterically when doing so. I'm attaching a video of that but it's not the best he's done as I didn't think to tape it until the end... but it's still funny!!! Other than me and Jim doing projects around the house that's about all that is new in our house.
