Last Thursday Jim and I took some much needed adult time and went to a Cardinals game. It was a very good game, we had awesome seats at 7 rows behind the dugout, we had awesome people to sit by (one was a recruiter for the Carolina Panthers, I think Jim was sucking up hoping to get tickets if they played the RAMS again), and they won the game. Who could ask for a better game to go to??? It was neat being that close to the players as they exited and entered the dugout... I never knew Molina had such a temper, he threw his helmet in the dugout at one point and threw his batting glove another. I guess when that's your job you can be emotional about it... ha. Once the game was over it was time to head home, the highway we needed to take to get home was blocked off and we didn't have our GPS with us so needless to say it took us an extra 45 minutes to get home that night which ended up being 12:30. Gavin didn't sleep good at all and woke up a couple times that night and then woke up at 5:00 that next morning... maybe next time we will just stay the night and get some extra sleep!!!
Oh yea, Gavin had a doctor appointment that day before we left but he was supporting the Cardinals as well... Go CARDS!!!
